Welcome to Beka Maciorowski’s “Winter is coming” fundraiser.
Rebekah Maciorowski is a nurse from Denver serving as a combat medic in the 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Army. 1019.ch is proud that Beka has asked us to host this fundraiser.
We have 80 of Beka’s patches available as a Thank You for the 80 most generous donors!
Rules:
- Top 80 donors will get a Bekah’s Boys patch as a thank you. These are the patches Beka is currently giving out to the soldiers she has trained.
- Fundraiser will run till the 20th of October.
- Minimum donation to receive a patch is 100 USD, but 100 USD is not a guarantee.

Option 1: Donations to Beka’s BuyMeACoffee at www,buymeacoffee.com/bekamaciorowski. Please leave your platform & @name in the comment section also. BuyMeACoffee sometimes overwrites the @name in the top field, this can be confusing. Philipp Reese from Switzerland will send you a DM on Twitter, Insta or BlueSky if you qualify for a patch. Be sure your DMs are open (or follow him).
Option 2: PayPal Donations over 500 USD directly to Beka’s account.

Process:
On the 21st of October Philipp Reese will start collecting the results from the various donation platforms. He will contact those eligible for their email/postal address. Patches will be sent out towards the end of October. Please regularly check your DMs (follow Philipp if you have restricted your personal messages) and your email (including the spam folder). Collecting this information is usually quite time-consuming.

1019.ch is the Ukraine Aid Initiative of the Swiss Student Association. For 2025 1019 have committed to supporting Beka with medical supplies every month. All the money collected in this fundraiser will go to Beka or will be used to buy supplies she requests, above and beyond 1019’s existing commitment.
Beka’s Swiss Fellas are a group of private Swiss citizens that support the medics of the 53rd Mechanized Brigade. A small sample of the medical and humanitarian supplies that Beka has received from us in Switzerland.
